One of the major causes of recurrent respiratory diseases | is the poor condition of our colon. It took me a long time to figure this out years ago, and even longer, to find the right ways to help the intestines. From the moment I did, my health began to improve radically. The psyche also plays a huge role, but if the large intestine is not in the best shape, working with the psyche cannot produce such good results, it will go much slower.
First, a little theory: -):
You might be surprised at how big the intestines are: “Small and large intestine, it would be an area larger than a tennis court. Just this realization – how large the intestines affect the other organs and the whole body, is clear that their influence is enormous.
As I wrote in an article with a recipe for fermented cabbage, a huge number of bacteria live in the intestines. Among them are both useful and harmful and it’s very important that enough are useful. That, if we really have enough, is fundamentally affecting our immunity.
Unfortunately, there are a number of factors | that make useful microflora destroy, its natural reproductive system. , waning, and if we don’t do something about it, we’ll soon get into a vicious circle of diseases, we don’t even know how. It is mainly destroyed by poor diet (full of chemistry, salt, sugar…), antibiotics but also to a large extent stress, electrosmog and others…
Another assumption is that we must have a large intestine clean, otherwise nutrients cannot be absorbed properly, sediments multiply harmful bacteria, fungi, parasites … a weakened intestine just can’t stop them and the beneficial intestinal microflora doesn’t power to win. The harmful bacteria then produce toxins that penetrate the body and cause various inflammations, etc., and can even penetrate the brain and cause diseases such as depression, hyperactivity in children, autism, epilepsy …
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the colon and lungs are paired organs, their energy paths are one circuit. The colon has a lot of influence on the airway. When it doesn’t work properly, the entire intestine-lung pathway (ie, including the bronchi, etc.) weakens.
Repeated rhinitis etc. can also cause accumulated mucus | in the intestines whose source is dairy products. If you or your children often suffer from a cold, try completely removing dairy products from the diet. Also try temporarily to discard anything wheat, because today’s wheat contains too much gluten and sticks to the intestinal mucosa. If you last at least 6 weeks, miracles can happen (I will be glad if you write to me :-)).
Perhaps it’s clear that having a clean and well-functioning intestine | is one of the best things we can do to heal the airways (but not just them, basically to heal anything).
What can we do specifically
Cleanse the intestines with flaxseed
Flaxseed does not purify the intestine quite thoroughly, like other, more vigorous methods, but it also partially deprives it of sediments, parasites, mucus, etc.. It absorbs toxins and removes them from the body.
We should cleanse the intestine with three weeks – every day on an empty stomach instead of breakfast. First, need to break the skin – grind it, crush it with a roller, etc. (a fresh portion every day). It is taken with kefir and linseed oil:
1. 1 tablespoon of flaxseed, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil, 100 ml kefir
2. 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, 100 ml kefir
3. 3 tablespoons of flaxseed, 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil, 150 ml of kefir
During the day drink about 2 liters of clean, still water to drain all toxins out of the body.
This treatment is not recommended only during pregnancy and serious health problems.
If you want to take it out of the way :-), clean your organs and your entire body apart from the intestine. For example, spring cleansing of the liver also does wonders.
