The easiest way to fight pain is a tablet … At the same time, there are a lot of natural painkillers, so the next time you get pain, I suggest you use other methods, cheap, easy to use and without side effects.


Contained in turmeric, the spice that gives curry its characteristic yellow color, is a very good and strong painkiller and antioxidant, delays aging and prevents cancer. Curcumin is also used to treat depression, improving brain function. The piperine contained in pepper increases the absorption of curcumin in the body, so it is recommended to consume turmeric with pepper.


It is excellent for joint pain, the compounds contained in it reduce joint swelling and stiffness.

A good home remedy for pain is topical use imbiru- applying crushed ginger root to the painful place. We can also drink ginger – grate a piece, pour boiling water, strain and drink.


It can be used for pain in the ear, throat, teeth – called a natural antibiotic, affects the fight against viral infections – thanks to its volatile sulfur compounds and essential oils, reduces bacterial growth. The cloves of garlic contain flavonoids, amino acids, saponins, mucous compounds, vitamins B1, B2, C, provitamin A, mineral salts – calcium, magnesium, potassium.

Black currant

Helps with migraine and gastrointestinal complaints. Phenolic acids contained in currants have anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant, inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, and tannins have astringent properties on the gastric and intestinal mucosa – they prevent diarrhea, liver problems, and digestive tract infections.


For stomach pain – contained in it menthol, has antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effects. Mint supports intestinal function, enables proper intestinal transport, prevents flatulence. Mint leaves are used in such ailments as: digestive disorders, indigestion, intestinal colic, and nausea.


They help to relieve toothache, migraine pains – essential oils contained in cloves have pain-relieving effects, improving blood circulation. Clove oil fights bacteria and microorganisms that cause infections, tooth decay.
